| For the Lychee Syrup: | |
| • | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 8 oz. 1:1 simple syrup |
| Method for the Lychee Syrup: | |
| Combine lychee puree with simple syrup at room temperature and stir thoroughly. | |
| Method for the Cocktail: | |
| Shake ingredients with ice and double strain into ice filled Collins glass. Top with soda and combine. Garnish with lychee and rose petals. | |
