Lychee Vinaigrette

 • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 to 3 tbsp. lychee vinegar, white vinegar or white wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp. ground cumin
    • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
