Lychee Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. lychee vinegar, white vinegar, or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground red pepper

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, then refrigerate.
