• | 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka |
• | 1 oz. Apple Jack |
• | 1/2 oz. Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1/2 oz. lavender honey |
• | Fever Tree® Bitter Lemon |
• | Cucumber foam for garnish |
Method: | |
Combine all ingredients except Bitter Lemon and garnish into a pint glass. Add fill with ice and shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of Bitter Lemon and garnish with cucumber foam. Serve. | |
