| • | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters | 
| For the Blood Orange Drinking Vinegar: | |
| • | 60 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange, thawed | 
| • | 5 liters vinegar | 
| • | 5 liters sugar | 
| Method for the Blood Orange Drinking Vinegar: | |
| Mix ingredients together. Store in refrigerator up to one month. | |
