• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 oz. coconut water |
• | caramel simple syrup |
• | caramelized pineapple slice for garnish |

1. | Combine ingredients except caramel simple syrup and garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour over fresh ice. Float caramel simple syrup. Garnish with a slice of caramelized pineapple. Serve. |
