    • 2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Bean Rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. coconut water
    • caramel simple syrup
    • caramelized pineapple slice for garnish
Method:
1. Combine ingredients except caramel simple syrup and garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour over fresh ice. Float caramel simple syrup. Garnish with a slice of caramelized pineapple. Serve.
