Ingredients for Maleficent’s Magical Elixir:
• 1 ½ oz. High Wire Distilling Hat Trick Gin
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. strega
• ½ oz. (2:1) honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• 1 lemon peel (garnish)
Method for Maleficent’s Magical Elixir:
Add all ingredients except lemon peel to a shaker tin. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Express and garnish with a trimmed lemon peel.
