• | 2 oz. blanco tequila |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 5-6 mint leaves (for shake) |
• | Mint bouquet (for garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a pint glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet. |
