• | 1 oz. Perrier (or soda water) |

• | 5 oz. absinthe |
• | 1 tsp. green tea |

1. | Combine all ingredients except absinthe and Perrier in a shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Perrier and Green Tea Absinthe Mist. Green Tea Absinthe Mist: infuse green tea into absinthe. 1 tsp green tea to 5 oz absinthe. Let infuse for 4 hours. |
