• | 1 1/2 oz. vodka |
• | 1 large bar spoon The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | ice |
• | Soda to fill |
• | wide lime peel |
Method: | |
1. | In a pint shaker glass, add Ginger puree, Meyer Lemon Concentrate, simple syrup and swizzle with bar spoon to emulsify puree. |
2. | Add vodka and fill glass with ice. |
3. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
4. | Strain over fresh ice into large glass. |
5. | Top with soda and stir. |
6. | Garnish with wide lime peel. |
