Oh My Guava!

Tim Weigel, Hakkasan Restaurant and

    • 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc coconut vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Creme de Banana liqueur
    • 1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree,  thawed
    • toasted coconut (for garnish)
    • dried guava spear (for garnish)
1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a stemless martini glass. Garnish with toasted coconut and dried guava spear.
