| • | 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Vodka |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 2 fresh thyme sprigs |
| • | Top with Le Medaillon Brut Champagne |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Place 1 thyme sprig and all liquid ingredients in a shaker, except the champagne. Proceed to shake the drink to obnoxious and loud 80’s music while putting some rhythm and style into your shake. Fine strain into sexy little glass and top with Le Medaillon Brut Champagne. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and thyme sprig. Serve and watch the clothes slowly melt of the guest. |
