| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 4 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters |
| • | pinch of Togarashi |
| • | top with club soda |
| • | lemon peel (garnish) |
| • | mint sprig (garnish) |

| 1. | In a mixing glass combine all ingredients with ice except club soda, shake vigorously and serve over the rocks and top with soda. Garnish with lemon peel and sprig of mint. |
