• | 1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. lemon grass syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3 oz. club soda |

In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice except club soda, shake and serve over the rocks, top with club soda. Garnish with lemon grass and lemon. |
