• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | Splash of Domaine Chandon Etolie Rose |
• | Spritz of Absinthe over the glass |

Place all ingredients into a shaker glass. Shake 20 times. Strain and pour into a Martini glass. Spritz glass with Absinthe atomizer filled with French Absinthe Emile Pernot La Blanch. Garnish with 1 slice of strawberry floating. | |
