Ingredients for Passion Del Cazador:
- ¾ oz. The Perfect Puree Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- ½ oz The Perfect Puree Mango Passion Fruit blend, thawed
- ½ oz. agave
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 oz Cazadores Reposado
- pineapple wedge with pineapple leave and a Tajin rim, garnish
Method for Passion Del Cazador:
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass.
