| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. superfine sugar |
| • | 1 cup crushed ice |
| • | Fresh fruit slices, whole macadamia nuts and/or fresh mint sprigs for garnish |

| In a blender or food processor bowl, combine all ingredients except garnishes. Cover and process until slushy. Pour into a tall goblet and garnish as desired. | |
