1 1/2 oz. Bacardi rum
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed
1 sprig mint
1 tsp. sugar
Soda water
Method:
In highball glass add sugar, fresh mint and muddle. Add Peach Ginger blend, fresh lime juice, rum, ice and top with soda water.
