| • | 1 lime wedge, squeezed and dropped in mix |
| • | 1 oz. ginger beer |

| Build contents in shaker except ginger beer. Shake vigorously (10-12 times). Add ginger beer and ice into shaker. Pour contents into copper mug (or desirable glass). Garnish with mint sprig and peach slice. | |
