| • | 1/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth |
| • | 1/4 oz. maple simple syrup (3 parts maple syrup, 1 part water) |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | dash of Angostura Orange Bitters |
| • | rosé sparkling wine |

| 1. | Combine ingredients except sparking wine into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a glass. Top with rosé sparkling wine. Serve. |
