• | 1 1/2 oz. Bluecoat Gin or Grey Goose la Poire Vodka |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | champagne |
• | pear slice (for garnish) |

1. | Combine ingredients except champagne and garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a highball glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a pear slice. |
