• | 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth gin |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. peppercorn syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 2 basil leaves |
• | Soda |

Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain over ice into Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with basil leaves. | |
