    • 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Reposado Organic Tequila
    • 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
    • 1/2 oz. prickly pear syrup (1:1 sugar and The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed)
    • 3/4 oz. yuzu juice blend (1:1 yuzu and fresh lemon juice)
    • 1 jalapeño slice
Method:
Muddle jalapeño in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into rocks glass. Serve over rocks. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
