Peppery Summer

    • 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. peppercorn syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 2 basil leaves
    • Soda
Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain over ice into Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with basil leaves.
