| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1 dash orange bitters |
| • | dried hibiscus petal (garnish) |
| • | lime zest (garnish) |

| 1. | Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Fine-strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a dried hibiscus petal, lime zest or both. |
