Ingredients for Picosita:
• 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
• ½ oz. agave syrup
• Manny’s Salt (rim)
• 1 slice Tastecraft Lime Slice
Method for Picosita:
Rim serving glass with Manny’s Salt and set aside. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a serving glass over the rocks. Garnish with a Tastecraft Lime Slice.
