    • 1 jar The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 jar The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed
    • Top off with sparkling water
    • Orange slice (garnish)
1. Combine both concentrates into a pitcher. When ready to serve, pour a bit over ice into a wine glass, then top off with the sparkling water and stir briefly.
