| • | 1 1/2 oz. white rum |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1 oz. sparkling rosé |
| • | Fresh mint |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add Pink Guava Puree, lime juice, simple syrup to a cocktail shaker without ice. |
| 2. | Slap mint to release oils then add to cocktail shaker and muddle to combine all ingredients. |
| 3. | Next, add rum and ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. |
| 4. | Double strain into a Collin’s glass. |
| 5. | Top with sparkling rosé and fresh mint. |
