Pink Guava Rosé Mojito

    • 1 1/2 oz. white rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. sparkling rosé
    • Fresh mint
Method:
1. Add Pink Guava Puree, lime juice, simple syrup to a cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Slap mint to release oils then add to cocktail shaker and muddle to combine all ingredients.
3. Next, add rum and ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
4. Double strain into a Collin’s glass.
5. Top with sparkling rosé and fresh mint.
