| • | 4 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. half & half |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Grand Marnier |
| • | dash of grenadine |
| • | 4 oz. ice, crushed |
| • | Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry and orchid bloom |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a blender and mix. |
| 2. | Pour into tall glass half filled with crushed ice and garnish as desired. |
