| • | 1/2 oz. Bacardi superior |
| • | 1/2 oz. triple sec |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. sweet & sour mix |
| • | 1 oz. sprite |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except sprite in a cocktail shaker with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
| 3. | Pour into a glass and top with sprite. |
| 4. | Garnish with pineapple and lemon wedge. |
