Ingredients for Ponchesito Frío:
• 3 cups The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed
• 1 cup The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
• 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Syrup
• 36 oz. Strongwater Ginger Beer
• 4 oz. lime juice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• orange slices
• dried plums

Method for Ponchesito Frío:
In a large clay pot, combine all ingredients, add ice, stir, and serve.

Ingredients for Ponchesito Frío Cocktail:
• 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
• 6 oz. Ponchesito Frío
• dried hibiscus
• cinnamon stick
• Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lemon Slice or Lime Slice

Method for Ponchesito Frío Cocktail:
Combine ingredients and shake. Serve over the rocks and garnish with dried hibiscus, a cinnamon stick, and a Tastecraft Lemon or Lime Slice.
