Prickly Heat Sour

    • 1 1/2 oz. Shine White Whiskey
    • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or Mandarine Napoleon
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
    • Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel
Method:
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer. Shake and strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel or lime wheel. Serve.
