| • | 1 1/2 oz. Shine White Whiskey |
| • | 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or Mandarine Napoleon |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer |
| • | Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel |
| Method: | |
| Combine all ingredients except ginger beer. Shake and strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel or lime wheel. Serve. | |
