Prickly Pear Cocktail

Ingredients for Prickly Pear Cocktail:

• 2 oz. Social Still Sasquatch Vanilla Maple Bourbon
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. agave cinnamon syrup (depending on the desired sweetness)
• ½ oz. of fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 2 splashes of Picual Evoo
• dried pear and fresh rosemary for garnish.

Method for Prickly Pear Cocktail:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Pour in a rocks glass over ice. Garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary, a dried pear and a drizzle of olive oil.
