| • | 1 1/2 oz. Partida Silver Tequila |
| • | 3/4 oz. Sage Infused Simple Syrup |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 2 dashes Lime bitters |
| • | Splash of club soda |
| • | Cactus flower or Hibiscus (Garnish) |

| Method: |
| 1. | Cut a ripe prickly pear fruit(dark red cactus friut) and puree in a blender. Strain it through china cap and save the juice. |
| 2. | Bring one cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add four cups of sugar and 1/4 cup of fresh sage. Stir until all sugar is mixed. Mix ingredients. Add cactus flower or hibiscus to garnish. |
