| • | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 12 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 3 cups crushed ice |
| • | Simple syrup – to desired sweetness |
| • | Cold water – to desired consistency |
| • | Fresh fruit, for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Place all ingredients except garnish in a water pitcher and stir well. |
