Prickly Pear & Tamarind Agua Fresca

10 drinks

    • 32 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree,  thawed
    • 12 oz. pineapple juice
    • 3 cups crushed ice
    • Simple syrup – to desired sweetness
    • Cold water – to desired consistency
    • Fresh fruit, for garnish
Method:
1. Place all ingredients except garnish in a water pitcher and stir well.
2. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish as desired and serve.
