| • | 2 oz. Martini Prosecco |
| • | 1/2 oz. St-Germain |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. Aperol |
| • | 1/4 oz. grapefruit juice |
| • | 1 oz. ginger beer |
| • | 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| • | Garnish with lemon slices and freshly grated nutmeg |

| In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice, except ginger beer and prosecco. Serve on the rocks in a tall glass and top with ginger beer and prosecco. Stir and garnish with lemon slices and freshly grated nutmeg. | |
