| • | 1/2 oz. Lemongrass simple syrup |
| • | 3 drops malic/citric acid solution (6:4) |

| In a tin add gin, elderflower, puree, simple, and acid. Shake with ice and double strain into coupe glass. Top with Weed Cellars Prosecco and garnish with a dehydrated apple chip. | |
