| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |

| • | splash soda water |
| • | mint sprig (garnish) |

| 1. | In a mixing glass muddle the mint. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the soda water, with ice. Shake and serve over the rocks, garnish with mint and lime wheel. |
