3 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |

1 cup Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil |

Salute Santé! Chili Infused Grapeseed Oil to taste |

Salt and pepper to taste |

Garnish: Chives or cilantro |

Method: |

Add Red Jalapeño Puree to a mixer bowl. |
2. |
Slowly whisk in Salute Santé! Grapeseed oil, one drop at a time. |
3. |
Continue adding all the grapeseed oil until emulsified and sauce thickens. |
4. |
Add a splash of Salute Santé! Chili Infused Grapeseed Oil for desired spiciness. |

Salt and pepper to taste. |

Garnish with your choice of chopped chives or cilantro. Great as a sauce for grilled meats, vegetables or scrambled eggs. Also perfect as a dip for veggies, chips or your favorite fried snacks. |
