| • | 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
| • | 2 tsp. vegetable oil |
| • | 8 corn tortillas |
| • | Oaxaca cheese |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Heat oil in a large saucepan over low to medium heat. |
| 2. | Add Red Jalapeño puree. |
| 3. | Sauté tortillas on both sides |
| 4. | Add shredded Oaxaca cheese. |
| 5. | Fold and turn over a couple times. |
| 6. | Remove and serve. |
