Red Jalapeño Quesadillas

2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
2 tsp. vegetable oil
8 corn tortillas
Oaxaca cheese
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over low to medium heat.
2. Add Red Jalapeño puree.
3. Sauté tortillas on both sides
4. Add shredded Oaxaca cheese.
5. Fold and turn over a couple times.
6. Remove and serve.
