• | 4 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed |
• | 2 salmon filets |
• | 1/2 red onion, chopped |
• | 1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
Method: | |
1. | Preheat oven to 450F. |
2. | Place the salmon in a baking dish and cover with the Red Jalapeño Puree. |
3. | Top with chopped red onions and cilantro. |
4. | Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 140F. |
5. | Remove from oven and serve. |
