Red Jalapeño Salmon

4 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
2 salmon filets
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Place the salmon in a baking dish and cover with the Red Jalapeño Puree.
3. Top with chopped red onions and cilantro.
4. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 140F.
5. Remove from oven and serve.
