Version #1:
Ingredients for Red Jalapeño Siracha:
- 3 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. light brown sugar
Method for Red Jalapeño Siracha:
- Mix 2 tbsp. Red Jalapeño in a small pot or small pan
- Add the sugars
- Heat medium to low heat while whisking continuously
- Pull off the heat and add the last 1 tbsp. of Red Jalapeno

Version #2:
Ingredients for Red Jalapeño Siracha:
- 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
- 1 tsp. of agave
- ¼ tsp. of white vinegar
Method for Red Jalapeño Siracha:
- Mix all ingredients together in a small pot or small pan.
- Heat medium to low heat while whisking continuously.
An option for both versions is to add garlic powder to taste (STT).
