• | 1/2 oz. D Aristi Xtabentun Honey Liqueur |
• | 2 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1 bar spoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 2 1/2 oz. ginger ale |
• | 1/2 lime, juiced |
• | 4 mint leaves |
Method: | |
Place ingredients (except for ginger ale) into pint glass. Shake in Boston shaker with ice. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with ginger and sprig of mint. Serve. | |
