Sage Advice 1 drink Fresh Origins

Ingredients for Sage Advice:

• 1 ½ oz. Bourbon
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. lime
• ¼ oz. simple syrup
• ginger beer
• 2 Fresh Origins Sage Tops for garnish

Method for Sage Advice:

Add sage tops and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger beer, to the shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into a prepared rocks glass with ice. Top off with ginger beer. Add a few multi-colored sprigs of Sage Tops Mix to elevate and serve.
