Ingredients for Santorini:

• 1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
• 3 oz. sparkling wine
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
• ¾ oz. saffron syrup
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• 1 slice Tastecraft Lemon Slice

Method for Santorini:

Combine ingredients except for sparkling wine into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a serving glass over the rocks. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a Tastecraft Lemon Slice.
