• | 1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Vanilla Thyme Syrup |
• | Club soda |
For the Vanilla Thyme Syrup: | |
• | Brown sugar |
• | Vanilla bean pod |
• | Thyme sprig |
Method for the Vanilla Thyme Syrup: | |
Bring to boil with 1:1 water/sugar ratio while stirring in vanilla and thyme. Strain thyme and vanilla out and let chill. | |
Method for the cocktail: | |
Combine all ingredients except Red Sangria blend and club soda into mixing glass. Stir until chilled. Pour over fresh ice into Collins glass or stemless champagne flute. Use mixing spoon to float Red Sangria blend to the bottom for an ombré color. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh thyme sprig. | |
