Ingredients for Seth Gecko:
- 2 oz. Charbay Chartreuse
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava puree, thawed
- 1 oz. salted burnt sugar coconut cream
- ½ oz. house made smoked pineapple liquor
- ¾ oz. lime juice
Ingredients for Charbay Chartreuse:
- Charbay Clear Vodka
- house blend botanicals
Method for Charbay Chartreuse: Sous vide Charbay Clear Vodka and botanicals to infuse.
Ingredients for Salted Burnt Sugar Coconut Cream:
- 1 part burnt cane sugar
- 1 part coconut cream
- salt, to taste
Method for Seth Gecko: Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a Tiki Mug over crushed Ice.
