Ingredients for Seth Gecko:

  • 2 oz. Charbay Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava puree, thawed
  • 1 oz. salted burnt sugar coconut cream
  • ½ oz. house made smoked pineapple liquor
  • ¾ oz. lime juice

Ingredients for Charbay Chartreuse:

Method for Charbay Chartreuse: Sous vide Charbay Clear Vodka and botanicals to infuse.

Ingredients for Salted Burnt Sugar Coconut Cream:

  • 1 part burnt cane sugar
  • 1 part coconut cream
  • salt, to taste

Method for Seth Gecko: Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a Tiki Mug over crushed Ice.
