Ingredients
- 2 oz. Macchu Pisco
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Sugar cane simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice (shake for 5-6 seconds), then strain and serve.
- Garnish with red raspberries.
